The Winter Arts and Crafts Expo of the 14th ICIF will be opened in Shenzhen on December 6

The Winter Arts and Crafts Expo of the 14th ICIF will be held in Hall 7 and Hall 9 of Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from December 6 to 9, 2018, and the total exhibition area is 22,500 square meters. As one of Shenzhen's ‘Creative December’ series activities, the expo will gather the most powerful and representative resources of exhibitors and exhibits in China's arts and crafts industry and painting and calligraphy industry. During the expo, the awarding activities of ‘Feihua Award’ for arts and crafts will be held.

 

As one of the ‘1+N’ series of professional exhibitions of China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair which is the only national, international and comprehensive fair in China, the expo was founded in 2010. The scale of expo and trade has been expanding year by year, and the area of the exhibition has increased from 15,000 square meters in the first session to 22500 in this year. 

 

In addition, the number of exhibitors has increased from more than 200 to 480 in 2017, the number of participating provinces, districts and municipalities has increased from 16 in the first session to 25 in 2017, as well as 55 prefecture-level cities. And the number of participating countries and regions has increased from 3 in the first session to 16 in 2017, which has gradually grown into the first exhibition of Chinese arts and crafts.

 

In the meantime, 2018 China (Shenzhen) Culture & Technology Week will be held in Hall 7. With the advantages of Shenzhen ‘Culture + Technology’ industrial cluster, it mainly displays the new achievements of China’s creative culture & technology field. There will be a theme exhibition and a summit forum in 2018 China (Shenzhen) Culture & Technology Week .

This expo has 9 exhibition areas: Ceramics and Modern Arts and Crafts, Folk Arts and Crafts, Jewelry and Jade Culture, Cultural Creativity, Sculpture and Sculpture Art Work, Rosewood Culture and Art, 2018 China (Shenzhen) Culture & Technology Week, 2018 Autumn Auction Preview of ICIF and Provincial and Municipal Groups. The exhibits have a rich variety, covering 10 categories, 32 branches, 270 varieties such as sculpture, ceramics, embroidery, jewelry, craft painting weaving, metal technology, hardwood furniture, lacquer, cutting and printing, with the total exhibits of about ten thousands.
