Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Fair Co., Ltd.(ICIF Company) is the only perennial organizer of the China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF). Approved by CPC Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government and managed by the shareholder Shenzhen Press Group, it is a corporation limited with stockholders including Shenzhen Press Group, Shenzhen Media Group and Shenzhen Publication Group Company. Officially founded in April 2005 with a registered capital of 120 million RMB, it holds nearly 100 professional talents in cultural and exhibition industry. After 14 years of growth, it has scaled up its business and become a renowned enterprise in cultural and exhibition industry. ICIF Company adheres to the business idea of ‘exhibition oriented, diversified operation, innovative models and spanning development’, and has gradually formed the core value of ‘Culture based,Diversity grows’. Currently, a diversified operation platform takes shape covering exhibition, internet, auction industry, export agency of Chinese cultural products and capital management with maintenance and appreciation of state-owned assets. 
Highly valued and concerned by hosts including Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China Central Committee (General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China, National Film Administration), Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China, National Radio and Television Administration, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Provincial People’s Government as well as Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, under the direct leadership of Shenzhen Press Group, ICIF Company has successfully hosted the 2nd to the 14th ICIF by its corporate philosophy of ‘unity, cooperation, profession, dedication, innovation, excellence’ and guiding principle of ‘professionalization, internationalization, marketization, refinement, standardization’. 
Year 2006 marks the operation of China’s cultural industry portal www.cnci.net.cn under the authorization of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China.
Year 2007 marks the ICIF membership of UFI Approved Event.
Year 2008 marks the Innovation Award of China Cultural Industries by Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China and National Radio and Television Administration and General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China.
Year 2009 marks the establishment of Shenzhen ICIF Auction Co., Ltd., specializing movable, immovable and intangible assets auction (except national specified articles) with a registered capital of 10 million RMB, the Conference on International Exchange of Professionals from 2007 to 2010, ICIF Malaysia sub-venue in 2006 and 2007, the 1st China Cultural Industries Forum, Sino - Europe Cultural Industries Forum, Promotion Campaign for China Cultural Industries Investment and Financing Projects.
Year 2010 marks the shareholder membership of Shenzhen Culture Assets and Equity Exchange.
Year 2010 marks the debut of ICIF ‘1+N’ specialized exhibitions featuring the Winter Arts & Crafts Expo of ICIF, committed to building the top fair in arts and crafts industry in China.
Year 2011 marks the operation of Online ICIF with the approval of the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China and the Ministry of Finance of the People’s Republic of China.
July 2011 marks the establishment of China Culture Industry Investment Fund, a national-level comprehensive cultural industry investment and financing service platform initiated and co-founded by National Financial Fund, National Social Security Fund, BOIC International Holdings Co., Ltd. and China International Television Corporation.
Year 2011 marks a complete ICIF Quality Management System after years of accumulation and a pass of ISO 9001 Quality Management System in September.
September 2012 marks the Advanced Organization for National Cultural System Reform awarded by the Publicity Department of the Central Committee of Communist Party of China, the Ministry of Culture and Tourism of the People’s Republic of China, National Radio and Television Administration and General Administration of Press and Publication of the People's Republic of China.
September 2013 marks a great success of Art Shenzhen approved by the Publicity Department of Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Organizing Committee of ICIF and witnesses a great popularity of all walks of life, featuring broadened range of ICIF ‘1+N’ exhibition model.
ICIF Company, committed to the research of exhibition operation model and regulations with exploitation of promising overseas market and improvement in cooperation model between major cities at home and abroad since 2014, further promotes ICIF to go global and runs the whole gamut of exhibitions in Harbin, Ordos, Urumchi, Haikou, Xuzhou, Egypt (Cairo), Israel and etc.
September 2015 marks the complete restructuring of Art Shenzhen 2015, the first contemporary arts exhibition in Shenzhen and South China with full support and wide praise from the society.
December 2015 marks the 11th Shenzhen Top Ten Organizations Award in ‘Creative December’ with a great success of the Winter Arts & Crafts Expo of the 11th ICIF.
Year 2016 marks the operation of ICIF subscription account (Wechat account: icif2004) and the Third Prize for Publicity and Innovation of the 10th Shenzhen Internet Culture Award.
November 2016 marks the ‘Golden Award of China International Brand Exhibition’ conferred by China Urban Convention and Exhibition Industry Association and Shenzhen Municipal Convention and Exhibition Industry Association, and Outstanding Contribution Organization of Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Culture awarded by Guangdong Provincial Enterprise Confederation and Guangdong Provincial Association of Entrepreneurs, which fully affirms ICIF company’s corporate culture with the core value of ‘Culture based,Diversity grows’ over the years. 
June 2018 marks the ‘Top Ten Corporate Culture Slogan’ Award in 2018 Shenzhen Corporate Cultural Art Week for the distinctive corporate culture and core value of ‘Culture based,Diversity grows’. In November 2018, ICIF was awarded the 'Gold Award of China Brand Exhibition in the 40th anniversary of China's reform and opening-up' by the Organizing Committee of the CCESF (China Convention and Exhibition Summit Forum) and the China Convention and Exhibition Industry Selection Office.
