China (Shenzhen) International Cultural Industries Fair (ICIF) is jointly hosted by Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Commerce, State Administration of Press and Publication, Radio, Film and Television, China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Guangdong Provincial People's Government and Shenzhen Municipal People's Government. It is organized by Shenzhen Press Group, Shenzhen Media Group, Shenzhen Publication and Distribution Group Company and Shenzhen International Cultural Industry Co., Ltd. As the only national standard, international and integrated cultural fair in China, ICIF focuses on exhibition and exchange and is committed to building a trade platform for China’s cultural industrial products and projects, driving the development of China’s cultural industries and actively advancing the globalization of Chinese cultural products.

 

ICIF is the only cultural fair approved by UFI (The Global Association of the Exhibition Industry) in China. After 12 years of development, ICIF’s exhibition area grew from 43130 ㎡ to 105000 ㎡in the 12th session and the number of its exhibitors increased from more than 700 to 2297, with its turnover rocketing from 35.69 billion RMB to 203.2 billion RMB, and its successive grand total of turnover has over 1.5 trillion RMB, while the export turnover has over 130 billion RMB. The number of participating countries and regions from overseas increased from over 10 to 98, and the number of sub-venues expanded from 1 to 66. As a national, internationalized and comprehensive cultural industry fair, the scale and brand influence of ICIF have been expanded year by year. Moreover, playing an increasingly important role in boosting China cultural industries and promoting China cultural products and projects to go global, ICIF is crowned as the Top Cultural Fair in China.

 

The 13th ICIF will be held from May 11th to 15th (Thursday to Monday), 2017 in Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center. Among the 5 days, May 11th ~12th are the Buyers’ Days, and May 13th~15th are the Public Days. The Fair will continuously pursue the concept of "Internationalization, Professionalism, Market Orientation, Excellence Orientation and Standardization” and centers on exhibition and exchange. It consists of 5 sections----exhibition and exchange, forums and meetings, awards rating, festival activities, and online ICIF. There will be 9 specialized exhibition halls in the main venue, including Cultural Industries Hall (Hall 1), Creative Living Hall (Hall 2), Film, Television and Animation Hall(Hall 3), Press and Publication • New Media Hall(Hall 4), Cultural Technology Hall (Hall 5), Art Hall (Hall 6), The Belt & Road • International Hall(Hall 7), Intangible Cultural Heritage Hall (Hall 8), and Arts and Crafts Hall (Hall 9).
